British Half Crown Sterling Silver Coin Ring

A striking vintage British Half Crown sterling silver coin ring handmade to measure and finished with a high polish. A statement ring which can be customised with a date and bespoke size. Equivalent value of two shillings and a sixpence, or one eighth of a pound this solid coin was minted right up until decimalisation in 1970. However before 1920 all Half Crown coins were sterling silver and as such make beautiful wearable jewellery. This is a solid piece and lends itself well as an unusual gift for the man who has everything or somebody who enjoys unusual jewellery. Also ideal for alternative wedding ring, eternity ring, engagement ring, commitment ring or anniversary ring. The band shows the coin design both inside and out.
