Refund policy
Easy 30-Day Returns
We want you to love your jewellery but if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to start a return
To begin a return, just email us at info@mintique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send full instructions on where to send your package.
Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- It must include original packaging
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@mintique.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it quickly and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:
- Custom pieces
- Personalised jewellery
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.
Exchanges
Want to swap an item? The fastest way is to return your original and place a new order. We’ll process your refund as soon as the original arrives back with us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method — please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to post the refund.
Ring re-sizing
We have a robust method to ensure your ring fits perfectly as soon as it arrives. In the very rare occasion that it doesn't fit, please get in touch ASAP at info@mintique.co.uk. If, for any reason, your ring doesn't fit perfectly within the first month of delivery, we'll adjust it free of charge. You only cover the shipping costs.
