How fast will I receive my order?
Each item is handmade to order.
- Standard dispatch time: approx. 2 weeks
- Pairs of rings or custom orders: allow up to 3 weeks
- If you’re on a deadline, just contact us - we’ll do our best to help!
Can I get help before or after buying?
Absolutely. This is a small business, and you’ll be speaking directly to Katie - maker, designer, and all-around customer service enthusiast.

Can I return my jewellery?
I want you to love your jewellery but if something’s not quite right, I’ll make it right. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to start a return
To begin a return, just email me (Katie) at info@mintique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, I’ll send full instructions on where to send your package.
Please contact me before sending anything back - items returned without prior notice may not be accepted.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- It must include original packaging
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me immediately at info@mintique.co.uk with a photo and your order number. I’ll sort it quickly and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:
- Custom pieces
- Personalised jewellery
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise.
Refunds
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know if it’s approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method - please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to post the refund.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! I had to pause shipping to the USA for a short time while the new tariff rules settled but now I am happy to say we ship to the USA again! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I make sure I order the right ring size?
We’ve got you covered with our Perfect Fit Method.
As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a ring sizer - completely free - to the address you used at checkout. Instructions are included, and we use only industry-standard Durston tools.
We ask for a size during checkout, but we don’t start making your ring until you confirm your final size using our sizer (even if it’s the same). This ensures a ring that fits perfectly, the first time.

What if I got my ring size wrong?
We confirm every size before we send out your ring. But if it arrives and the fit isn’t quite right just contact us within a month of delivery with your corrected size, post the ring back to us, and we’ll adjust it free of charge. You only cover the return shipping to us and back.
Are your coins real?
Yes! Every Mintique ring is made from genuine, pre-circulated sterling silver coins that were once used as real currency - no fakes, no casts, no replicas.
You may find other products similar to ours on different sites that use 'fake' or imitation coins, some are even casts of designs repeated over and over again.
By using authentic coins you can be assured that your piece will be unique and made to order just for you.That means your piece is truly unique, with history in every detail.

Your ring will arrive beautifully polished, and will hold its shine through daily wear.
