The Florin was introduced in 1849 and circulated until 1967, with a final collector’s issue in 1970 - one of Britain’s earliest attempts to ease into the decimal system by introducing a coin worth 1/10 of a pound (two shillings).

Necklaces: The easiest way to work out your preferred necklace size is to find a necklace you already wear and like the length of. Open it and measure clasp to clasp. This will give you the total length. Bear in mind if you are ordering a double coin necklace this will add to the over all length i.e ordering an 18 inch Sixpence double coin necklace will result in an overall length of 18 inches PLUS the width of the 2 coins.
