Ring Resizing Service

• This service is only available for rings originally made by Mintique of Cambridge
• Your ring can only be resized by a maximum of 4 sizes up or down
• Resizing is subject to the suitability of the original coin and design
• Some rings may not be suitable for resizing, depending on the coin, thickness, condition, previous work, or how much adjustment is needed - I will get in touch with you ASAP via e-mail if I anticipate this and a full refund given
• This service is for one ring resizing per order
• Return postage included is for UK addresses only
• You will need to cover the cost of sending your ring to me
• As each ring is handmade from a real coin, very slight changes to proportions or detail may occur during the resizing process
• Rings that have been previously resized may not always be eligible for further resizing
• A note on fit: Because coin rings vary depending on the original coin used, the final result can be affected by the design, width, and amount of resizing needed. Using the ring sizer first helps make the process as accurate and smooth as possible.

This service involves several steps, so timings will vary slightly. The ring sizer will be sent within 1–2 working days of ordering. Resizing begins once your size is confirmed, and your ring has been received by us. Once your ring arrives with us please allow approximately 7–10 working days for resizing and polishing. Delivery: FREE UK shipping included for return delivery of your ring to you after resizing. You are responsible for sending your ring to Mintique of Cambridge (details supplied on ordering). We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when sending your ring to us.

I want you to love your jewellery but if something’s not quite right, I’ll make it right. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return
To begin a return, just email me (Katie) at info@mintique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, I’ll send full instructions on where to send your package.

Please contact me before sending anything back - items returned without prior notice may not be accepted.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition
• It must include original packaging
• You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me immediately at info@mintique.co.uk with a photo and your order number. I’ll sort it quickly and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:

• Custom pieces
• Personalised jewellery

If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise.

Refunds
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know if it’s approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method - please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to post the refund.
