Mass-produced rings from the high street? Not your style.

You’re the kind of couple who values meaning over marketing, memories over mass production, and craftsmanship over convenience. This one-of-a-kind antique coin ring set was made for both of you.

This pair of antique sterling silver rings is handmade from two genuine 1817 British sterling silver coinsover 200 years old and rich with real history. No replicas. No generic castings. Just wearable heritage, shaped just for you.

Why choose these rings?

Because your love isn’t off-the-shelf - and your rings shouldn’t be either.

These are heirloom-quality wedding bands that whisper stories of the past while carrying your promise for the future. They're rare, characterful, and steeped in British history - a perfect mix of meaningful and jaw-droppingly cool.

Coin History: Why 1817?

These rings are made from original coins minted in 1817, during the reign of King George III. It was a time of sweeping reform, scientific discovery, and post-Napoleonic optimism - a chapter that shaped modern Britain. Wearing an 1817 coin ring is like wrapping your finger in a time capsule.

  • 1817 was the year the modern gold sovereign coin was introduced in Britain

The making of your heirloom

Each ring is meticulously crafted over several days, with attention to detail at every stage. I only use genuine, publicly circulated coins, rejecting any that are overly worn or damaged by time.

Because of the handmade process and natural variations in minting years, each finished ring may differ slightly from the photos shown - that's what makes yours completely unique.

Your rings will arrive in a beautiful presentation box, ready for your wedding day.

These are more than rings. They're vows you can wear.
Crafted from real 1817 coins, they’re over 200 years old — and impossible to replace once we run out. We can’t just mint more.

Make your wedding unforgettable. Choose rings as rare as your story.

How do I choose my necklace length or ring size?

Necklaces: The easiest way to work out your preferred necklace size is to find a necklace you already wear and like the length of. Open it and measure clasp to clasp. This will give you the total length. Bear in mind if you are ordering a double coin necklace this will add to the over all length i.e ordering an 18 inch Sixpence double coin necklace will result in an overall length of 18 inches PLUS the width of the 2 coins.

Rings: Please place your order with your best guess. I always double check your ring size before sending your handmade ring to you - find out more about my Perfect Fit Method here.
